What a wonderful Christmas present. This baby, Noreentasha, was born in July this year when trustee Noreen was visiting. The mother came to the clinic in advanced labour and the baby was found to be in the breech position. Noreen delivered the baby but was very concerned as it took a long time for the baby to breathe and she was worried that all would not be well. As you can see from this picture taken in November the baby is bonny and healthy. If Noreentasha had been born in her parents small house then the outcome would have been very different. We are hoping to build a new maternity room at the clinic that will help more babies like Noreentasha.
